New Home Move-In

Moving into a new home is an EXCITING time! This can also be a very dreaded & stressful time but it doesn’t have to be.

You may have purged some things before your move or are in the process of trying to purge and prepare to place your house on the market. Moving can be exhausting and sometimes we don’t let go of things thinking we may use or need them again one day. That’s where I can help you to make final decision on what to keep and what to donate or dispose of as we unpack through the process of decluttering, sorting and organizing the spaces in your new home.

Your new space is meant to be enjoyed, not cluttered. Let me help you create the calming feeling in your home you have always dreamed of.

Move-Out

Moving out of your home can be exhausting and very overwhelming!

You know you need to purge some things before your move and there may also be a time deadline with trying to prepare your house to be “photo ready” in order for it to be placed on the market to sell. When trying to move, you have to decide what to let go of and what to keep for the new house. If you are downsizing to a smaller home, you have to decide how much space you have for your current belongings.

I will be right by your side, asking the questions to help you make these decisions and to make this process as less stressful as I can.

Decluttering Maintenance

I know that you lead a busy life and want to have time for all of the fun things.

Recurring client’s will have the option to be a part of our maintenance program that is specialized for your individual needs.

I offer packages for you to choose from to help maintain your new organized space and to ensure the organizing systems implemented are working for you. I will even come in to restock your pantry and refrigerator on a routine basis.

*Ask about this service after you have completed your first session.

* All services come with a confidentiality agreement as I assure every client that I will use discretion and honor their homes’ privacy.

Services include:

• All organizing sessions are 3-hour increments
• 15-minute, complimentary, no-obligation, phone consultation to discuss your project needs
• 1 hour, complimentary, no obligation, in-home consultation to discuss the details of your project
• Travel time up to 60-minutes round trip from my office
• Hands-on decluttering, prioritizing, purging, downsizing, sorting, categorizing and reorganizing
• Products purchased by the client are not included in this rate but at the expense of the client
• Additional time spent designing layouts and organizing solutions
• Removing unwanted items from the home including dropping-off donations. Trash & recycling will be disposed of in the client’s outside cans for county pick up
• All communication with you by phone or email including 1-month and 3-month follow up calls

3 hours (minimum to book): $240*

1/2 day = 3 hours

Full day = 6 hours

Additional hours can be added on to any project if needed at discounted price of package purchased.
